The Muirenhof
Since our renovations in 2020, we now offer you even more amenities and freedom to realise your personal dream holidays with us at the Muirenhof.
Muiren Lounge
Our cosy Muiren Lounge is a favourite place for all our guests. Furnished with love and a penchant for beauty, it affords magnificent views over Serfaus and the Komperdell skiing and hiking area. When the sun is shining, the adjacent terrace on the south side lures you in as a cosy spot for afternoon coffee and something sweet. Choose between regional delicacies or snacks and enjoy coffee and tea specialities, beer from Tirol and a selection of exquisite wines mainly from Austria. A fine gin, a good rum or an authentic schnapps from Tirol is of course a must to round off the day
Muirenhof Shop
At the reception you will find a small shop with carefully selected delicacies from the region, Muirenhof hiking and cycling clothing, handicrafts from “steinzeug” ceramics, earrings & bags or souvenirs for a little “Muirenhof” to take home with you.
Muirenhof Gourmet Breakfast
The accommodation price for our 6 rooms and suites automatically includes a hearty breakfast. We are also happy to offer this to apartment guests. Just let us know if you fancy a tasty start to the day.
We serve the Muirenhof gourmet breakfast from 7:30 to 9:30 am in the breakfast parlours. Breakfast costs 18,00 EUR for adults/teenagers and 9,50 EUR for children (3-13 years old). Small children under the age of 3 can enjoy the offer free of charge with their parents.
Muirenhof Wellness
Our recreation area for adults (from 14 years) is the perfect place to unwind after an active day‘s holiday. During the winter season from December to April the use of the Muirenhof Wellness is included in the price and we are open every day. Please note the black sign next to the entrance to the wellness area.
In summer & autumn the use of the Muirenhof Wellness area is included in the price of the rooms & suites. Wellness connoisseurs staying in our apartments can book a favourable package during the summer months (June to October) to enjoy the wellness offer. In any case, we always ask you to register in the morning.
Kitchen equipment
In all apartment kitchens, you will find a hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, filter coffee maker and microwave. Tableware, cutlery, pots and pans are available. We are also happy to provide you with dishwasher powder. Please note that all kitchens in the apartments and also our breakfast kitchen do not have an oven! For coffee lovers, a Nespresso Zenius series machine is available in all apartments. The necessary Nespresso business tabs can be purchased in the small shop at the reception.
The final cleaning is already included in our prices - so there are no hidden additional costs. Bed linen, table linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels are provided in the apartments.

Children
For our young guests, there is a nice playroom with table tennis, table football, doll corner, building blocks, cars and various board games.

On the day of arrival, the rooms and apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms/apartments by 9:30 am.

Pets
Dogs are welcome in our apartments by prior arrangement. We charge 15 EUR (without food) for your pet per day and would be pleased if you bring your own basket or dog blanket. We ask for your understanding that the new rooms & suites remain pet-free.
Slippers
Please be sure to pack slippers when travelling to Muirenhof. For a clean and cosy atmosphere in the hotel, we ask our guests to leave any street shoes in the shoe room and to wear only slippers in the staircase, as well as in the apartments and rooms.
Parking
You can park for free directly at the house as well as in the underground parking garage, which is only 600 meters away from the Muirenhof. We will assign you a parking space on arrival. You will receive a ticket for entry to the underground garage or the parking lot opposite.
Ski passes Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
I will gladly issue ski passes for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at the reception. You will receive these immediately upon arrival at the Muirenhof and can thus start your ski holiday without delay.
Super.Sommer.Card
In summer you will receive – also directly upon arrival – the unique Super.Sommer.Card for free travel with cable cars & hiking buses during your summer and autumn holiday. Admission to the Serfaus outdoor swimming pool is also included for Muirenhof guests. Tickets are available at the reception.
Payments
We ask for understanding that we exclusively accept payments by bank card (EC or Maestro) and in cash. Of course, you are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount. Should you wish to take advantage of this option, please transfer the total amount to my account (Sabine Hochenegger, Muirenhof) at Raiffeisenbank Serfaus-Fiss no later than two days before your departure:
